We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday February 28 from 5am EST to 9am EST.
During this time there will be a delay in when customers see earned rewards appear in their account. This includes earning points, rewarding referrals, entering a new VIP tier.
No data will be lost. Rewards earned during the maintenance period will appear in your customers’ accounts shortly after the maintenance window closes.
