Smile will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Friday, February 26th at 9:00am EST for approximately 5 minutes.
There will be a brief period of downtime as this maintenance takes place. During this downtime, the Smile platform will not be accessible to merchants or customers.
Any automatic actions, including awarding points, will continue to be received and will be processed after our downtime. We’ll be closely monitoring everything during and after our maintenance to ensure your customers continue to have the best experience possible!
