Smile will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, February 22nd at 5:30am EST for approximately 15 minutes.
There will be a brief period of downtime as this maintenance takes place. During this downtime, the Smile platform will not be accessible to merchants or customers.
Any automatic actions, including awarding points, will continue to be received and will be processed after our downtime. We’ll be closely monitoring everything during and after our maintenance to ensure your customers continue to have the best experience possible!
