Our email service provider, Mandrill, is planning a scheduled downtime on January 11th, 2020, starting at 1:00 AM ET for several hours while they provide improvements to performance and stability.
During this downtime, any emails sent by Smile will be delayed until after the downtime has ended.
Once the downtime has been completed, we will resume sending emails. There may be a delay as we work through the backlog of emails accumulated during this time. Test notifications for any of the above will not be sent during the downtime or afterward.
