We have taken action to diagnose and apply a fix to our systems. BigCommerce and Shopify stores will now be working normally.

We are unable to process Wix loyalty points at this time due to an issue with connecting to Wix. We are monitoring the situation at this time.

We are currently investigating an issue related to degraded performance in order processing, including points not being awarded for orders. Order data for these delays will not be lost and points will be awarded as expected once resolved.
