We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, April 11 from 7:00 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. We’ll be using this time to upgrade our database so we can keep up with the growth of our merchants.
During this time Smile will be unavailable. There will also be a delay in when customers see earned rewards appear in their account. This includes earning points, rewarding referrals, entering a new VIP tier.
No existing data will be lost. Rewards earned during the maintenance period will appear in your customers’ accounts and Smile Admin shortly after the maintenance window closes.
